Colorado PFAS product requirements
Colorado is five waves, no reporting, and the widest category sweep.
There is no filing duty here at all — the entire obligation is sales prohibition, phased across 2024, 2025, 2026, 2027 and 2028. The 2026 wave is the one people miss, adding cookware, cleaning products, dental floss, menstrual products, ski wax and artificial-turf installation. SB24-081 later pushed the sweep out to textiles and outdoor apparel in 2028, so an apparel brand clear in Colorado today is not clear for long.
