PFAS Matrix is operated by Futurist IP, a corporation formed in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what we collect and why. Questions or requests? Email contact@pfasmatrix.com.

What we collect

If you use the checker and choose to leave your email, we store that email and the answers you selected (product categories, states, and role) so we can follow up about your results. If you submit the report request or a contact form, we store the details you enter, such as your name, email, brand or company, what you sell, and a rough supplier count. We do not use advertising trackers, we do not sell your data, and we do not set third-party cookies. Any site analytics we enable use a privacy-friendly, cookieless provider.

How we use it

Only to respond to what you asked for and to operate and improve the service. If we email you, every message includes an unsubscribe link.

Where it lives

The site is hosted on Vercel, data is stored with Supabase in a United States region, and transactional email is sent through Resend. Because these providers operate in the United States, your information may be processed there even though Futurist IP is based in Canada, under each provider’s standard safeguards. We keep lead data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and we honor those requests regardless of where you live, consistent with Canada’s PIPEDA and applicable US state privacy laws. Email contact@pfasmatrix.com and we will action a deletion request within 30 days.
